Abstract: A method of displaying most frequently used information on a mobile communication device is provided. The method comprises monitoring usage of a plurality of contact information associated with a process for initiating contact with an entity, wherein said plurality of contact information is stored in a database accessible by the mobile communication device; determining N most frequently used contact information from among said plurality of contact information stored in the database; and displaying the N most frequently used contact information in a first portion of the mobile communication device's display, in response to a user request to view a list comprising the plurality of contact information stored in the database.
