    Abstract: A medical device having a tabular portion. In the wall of the tabular portion is a row of slots separated by portions of the wall referred to as “ribs”. The device my be folded by forming a longitudinal groove in the tubular portion separating two longitudinal lobes, with a row of alternating ribs and slots located in each lobe. Each rib in one lobe is then inserted into a slot in tie other lobe.
