Abstract: The present invention relates to a compact, dual compartment gear motor assembly for use primarily in operating appliances and/or components of appliances. The compact nature of the dual compartment gear motor assembly makes it useful in many residential and commercial appliances, including ice making machines, automatic dishwashing machines, laundry machines and vending machines. The dual compartment configuration separates a gear train assembly and motor into a housing compartment separate from a power source, such as printed circuit board or control board, and further secures the gear motor assembly components within the housing compartments without the need for fasteners.

The seat includes a suspension system that is capable of providing an enhanced range of motion in seating directions. The backrest provides enhanced support through an enlarged support surface and improved disposition of the support surface relative to the chair frame. The seat and backrest can be used together on the same chair or independently. There is also provided an alternate seat employing a suspension system that is capable of providing an enhanced range of motion in seating directions and that has a low profile to be used in situations where storage space is a significant consideration.

Abstract: A folding walker with side frames rotationally mounted on both ends of a front frame such that the side frames can rotate independently from a closed position where they are parallel to the front frame to an open position where the side frames are perpendicular to the front frame and parallel to each other. The side frames are locked in the open position by fixed plates that are mounted on the front frame. Detents with lever releases are mounted on the side frames. The detents releasably engage the fixed plates when the side frames are in the open position.
