The methods of the invention provide for lowering at least one lipid parameter in the patient by administering a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to ANGPTL3 in combination with a therapeutically effective amount of a statin, a first lipid lowering agent other than a statin, and a second lipid lowering agent other than a statin.
