    Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to semiconductor processing in which an alignment mark is formed. An example is method of semiconductor processing. First and second recesses are formed in a semiconductor substrate. A conformal dielectric layer is formed in the first and second recesses and over the semiconductor substrate. A fill material is formed over the conformal dielectric layer in the first recess and over the conformal dielectric layer in the second recess. The fill material fills at least the first recess over the conformal dielectric layer. The fill material in the first and second recesses is recessed to below a top surface of the conformal dielectric layer. The recessed fill material in the first and second recesses is etched. Exposed portions of the conformal dielectric layer are etched. The second recess including the conformal dielectric layer and the recessed fill material disposed therein forms an alignment mark.

The support feature includes a first partial mounting portion and a second partial mounting portion. The second partial mounting portion is movable between a stowed position and an extended position.     Abstract: A casement operator for opening and closing a window includes a housing, a cover and a crank assembly. The cover is moveable between a closed position and an open position. The crank assembly is pivotable and includes a crank handle and a gear mounted to the crank handle. The crank handle is pivotable between a retracted position and an extended position. The crank handle is enclosed within a storage cavity in a storage position. The crank handle includes a bore proximate a base end and the gear has a first detent and a second detent. A biasing member is mounted within the bore and a securing plug is mounted at least partially within the bore. The biasing member biases the securing plug toward the gear such that the securing plug is located in the first detent in the retracted position and in the second detent in the extended position.

    Abstract: A non-handed actuator for window locks of the type in which a lock control member is moved by the actuator to control the locking of a window sash to a window frame. The actuator includes a housing base that is securable to the window frame and a handle is secured to the base for pivoting about a first axis and a drive link is secured for pivoting with the handle. A connecting link is securable at its distal end to the lock control member of a window lock. The connecting link is pivotally secured at its proximal end to the drive link. The connecting link is provided as a selectable pair which are generally a mirror image of each other, one provided and dimensioned for right-hand operation of the lock control member and the other provided for left-hand operation of a lock control. The unneeded connecting link is discarded. The connecting links are generally L-shaped so that the proximal end of the connecting link is received in a cavity provided in the base.
