The cap portion is removably mounted on the base portion to together define an interior compartment. A dispensing mechanism extends through an aperture in the cap portion. An inner container is positioned within the interior compartment of the outer container and operably connected with the dispensing mechanism. The inner container is adapted for storing the fluid so that it may be dispensed through the dispensing mechanism. A block extends outwardly from the outer container, the block having a top block portion that extends from the cap portion, and a bottom block portion that extends from the base portion of the outer container. A mounting structure has a front surface and a back surface, wherein the back surface of the mounting structure is adapted for mounting on the wall surface.

The container body has an externally threaded neck that extends to an opening, and a dispenser cap that includes an actuator, an internally threaded closure, and a stem. The internally threaded closure threadedly mounts upon the externally threaded neck such that the stem extends into the container body. A tamper resistant overcap has an annular body adapted to be positioned around the internally threaded closure of the dispenser cap. The annular body has a height and a width that are great enough to substantially cover the internally threaded closure, a pair of access holes are on opposite sides of the annular body.

A fluid flow conduit system extends from a fluid intake tube positioned above the bottom pedestal, to a fluid outlet port positioned above the top pedestal. A pump is mounted in or on the station housing for pumping the liquid from the fluid intake tube to the fluid outlet port, for transferring the fluid from the large bulk container to the smaller container via the fluid flow conduit system.

At least one locking post is movably mounted in the female receiver to move between a locked position wherein the at least one locking post extends outwardly into the female receiver and interlocks with at least one bore of the block, and an unlocked position wherein the at least one locking post are retracted from the locked position to that the block is released. A biasing mechanism biases the at least one locking post towards the locked position.

Abstract: A mounting device has a locking housing with a locking arm that pivots between an open, unlocked position, and a closed, locked position. The locking arm extending to a latch end having a latch hole. A bottom end of the dispensing container is placed within a container receiving space of the locking housing, and the locking arm is moved to the closed, locked position to engage the annular groove of the dispensing container to lock the dispensing container within the locking housing. The device further includes a magnetic locking mechanism for locking the locking arm in the closed, locked position.

Abstract: A compostable packaging has 50-70% bamboo fiber, 20-40% sugarcane, and 5-15% wood fiber. Packaging of this material is adapted for use with a variety of materials, and in particular granular shampoo and related cosmetics (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, body wash). In another embodiment, the packaging is adapted for use with medications (e.g. prescription pills, topical medications, vitamins), condiments (e.g. ketchup, mustard, teriyaki, mayonnaise), or other similar materials.

Abstract: One embodiment of a unique method of enabling visually impaired consumers the ability to identify the contents of a particular toiletry bottle without having to open the container. Said method involves supplying the consumer with a specially designed toiletry bottle comprising both visually and tactilely readable indicia. Said indicia would inform both the visually impaired and all others capable of reading the indicia, what the contents of the container are without having to open said container.

Abstract: One embodiment of a unique method of enabling hotels to provide visually impaired patrons the ability to use all toiletries typically found in a hotel bathroom is envisioned. Said method involves supplying a hotel with an assortment of all toiletries the hotel would need to fully stock their bathrooms in a visually impaired toiletry kit. Such a visually impaired toiletry kit would ensure that all hotel guests benefit equally from complementary conditioners, shampoos and other accompaniments supplied as a courtesy by the hotel.
