    Abstract: Strategic competitive intelligence data generation systems and methods are provided. The system stores internal intellectual property data of an entity, receives external technology development data from predefined sources and intellectual property data from the internal portfolio database of the entity, stores a set of relevant rules, executes them, filters the technology development data and the intellectual property data, based on the rules executed by the rule engine. It stores in one of an entity aligned cluster database, the filtered technology development data and the intellectual property data. The entity aligned cluster databases are created against predefined entity aligned clusters. The system executes an input query, determines one relevant entity aligned cluster database for executing the search query, and populates relevancy scores in two matrices, aggregates the relevancy scores through multiplication of the matrices.

    Abstract: An enterprise needs to accomplish IP adoption in a progressive and result oriented manner commensurate to its IP-led objectives. A method and system for providing intellectual property adoption recommendations to an enterprise have been provided. The disclosure also provides dynamic guidance and recommendation towards course correction to arrive at target state of IP led business. In order to capture the various aspects of enterprises' IP adoption, lifecycle phases of IP in an enterprise are considered as capability dimensions of a maturity model. To effectively measure the capability attributes' maturity levels in relation to defined goals, a set of IP metrics are determined for each capability maturity level. The IP adoption maturity levels are assessed and roll up to a 5-point IP adoption index that is an indicator of IP adoption maturity of the enterprise and enables it to set its IP goals and to build an IP adoption roadmap.

    Abstract: A coherent amplification device includes a phase modulation stage for preconditioning a laser beam, and a coupling stage for transferring energy and spatial phase information between the first laser beam and a second laser beam. The phase modulation stage may include an electro-optically active medium having a time-dependent refractive index manipulatable by an electric field thereby introducing a time-dependent phase shift to the first laser beam when passed therethrough. The coupling stage may include a coupling medium having a time-dependent and intensity-dependent refractive index with a finite lifetime, where an interference pattern of the laser beams is written into the coupling medium through the time-dependent and intensity-dependent refractive index to generate a holographic grating based on the interference pattern, and where the finite lifetime of the coupling medium and the preconditioned phase modulation facilitates a transfer of energy and spatial phase information between the laser beams.

Writing is performed by a spatial light modulator (SLM) with a dynamic focussing system, for concentrating sufficient power at WRITE locations for nonlinear two-photon absorption. Crosstalk is avoided during simultaneous writing in some embodiments, by spacing the individual WRITE beams apart by an integer number of inter-beam spacings, so that non-adjacent datels are written simultaneously in a "paragraph," and the non-written areas are written at a different time with different paragraphs.
