  • Patent number: 9456064
Abstract: An apparatus for coupling a mobile device to an automobile console area comprising a mobile device element configured to adhere to a mobile device surface and defining a middle elongated shaped element aligned parallel between a right and a left elongated shaped element. A right score is configured to allow a right shoulder element and the right elongated shaped element to break away from the middle elongated shaped element. A left score is configured to allow a left shoulder element and the left elongated shaped element to break away from the left side of the middle elongated shaped element. A middle score is configured to allow a portion of the middle elongated shaped element to break away from a remainder of the middle elongated shaped element. A coupling element is configured to be removably coupled with a console area of an automobile and to the mobile device element.

  • Publication number: 20160088134
Abstract: A customizable, compact, and disposable smartphone tab is disclosed that can detachably attach to the backside of a mobile phone device or its protective case, allowing a mobile phone device to mate with a phone tab mount, while not obstructing the mobile phone's camera lens, flash, speakers, and microphone which require unobstructed exposure to its surrounding environment. In one embodiment, the phone tab has a plurality of removable adhesive sections allowing for a customized unobstructed fit on the backside of a smartphone device. The phone tab works cooperatively with a phone tab mount to securely hold a smartphone in place inside of a vehicle for easy access, viewing, and communications, while providing a safer user experience.

  • Publication number: 20150196144
Abstract: A decorative compactable mirror frame is disclosed for use on pre-mounted mirrors with or without mirror clips. The frame members of the frame can be rolled up and/or segmented so as to be packageable within a convenient box, and then easily be taken home and installed by a consumer. Frame members can also be sold separately. Each frame member has an adhesive backing strip such that a portion of the back side of each frame member can be mounted upon the pre-mounted mirror. Each frame member can also have a cushioned channel for accommodating mirror clips, the cushion material substantially filling the channel so as to substantially exclude and/or inhibit insect and/or microbial activity. The compact mirror frame can be sold as a kit including at least four compacted frame members, along with at least a cutting tool, and/or a miter box, and/or four corner blocks.

  • Patent number: 7621425
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for containing a fluid, and for controlling the release and flow of the fluid. The apparatus includes a container having a mouth, a neck with a circumferential sealing region on its inner surface, a body, and a resistance stop. The apparatus further includes a barrier flap which can significantly arc transverse to its length, disposed within the neck of the container, and hingedly pivot between “open” and “closed” positions. The barrier flap is cooperative with the circumferential sealing region and the resistance stop within the neck. Squeezing the body increases internal pressure within the container, resulting in a release of the barrier flap past the resistance stop, allowing the fluid to flow out of the container. Also, squeezing the neck causes arcing and release of the barrier flap, allowing the fluid held in the container to flow past the barrier flap and out of the container.
