Abstract: A case for organizing and storing media cards having individual compartments which fit media such as, but not limited to, SD cards, memory sticks pro duo, XD memory cards, compact flash cards, memory sticks, mini SD cards, micro SD cards or any other portable media card or device that is developed in the future comprises a plurality of compartments having individual closeable doors to securely lock a single media card or device into the compartment. The door of each case further comprises an area thereon onto which information can be written to identify the contents. In addition, the cases further comprise means for stacking multiple cases onto each other. A kit containing at least one case and removable identification devices which can be placed directly onto the media cards and/or mini envelopes into which the media devices can be placed onto which the contents of each media card can be written.

Abstract: A photo album insert for holding at least one photograph and at least one compact disc. The insert includes at least two sheets of generally planar material, where at least one of the sheets is substantially transparent. Both of the sheets have a top edge, a bottom edge and first and second opposing side edges. The sheets are generally fixed relative to each other. The insert also includes at least a first photograph stop disposed between the transparent sheet top edge and the transparent sheet bottom edge to define at least a first photograph receiving area, and at least a first compact disc stop disposed between the first photograph stop and the transparent sheet bottom edge to define at least a first compact disc receiving area. The first compact disc receiving area overlaps with and at least partially extends below the first photograph receiving area, and the first compact disc receiving area and the first photograph receiving area cooperate to define a first photograph/compact disc pocket.

At least one of the transparent sheets has an edge, and adjacent the edge at least one of the transparent sheets has at least two different shaped openings therethrough.

Abstract: An apparatus for storing, displaying and identifying photographs having a plurality of transparent, overlapping pockets provided with adjacent opaque writing surfaces for carrying information pertinent to photographs held therein is described. In the preferred embodiment, each pocket is formed of a folded transparent member which is attached along the fold to a backing member. The transparent member thereby forms two transparent panels. Between the panels an opaque sheet is inserted which extends slightly beyond the edges of the panels. An adhesive-backed opaque strip having a surface which may be written upon is placed over the edge of the opaque sheet and the edges of the transparent panels, thereby forming a pocket having two compartments and opaque writing surfaces which do not substantially block photographs held in the compartments.
