    Abstract: Provided are methods and compositions for treating an individual with cancer or infectious disease. Multivalent Dectin-2 stimulating agents are provided that include: (a) an agent that binds to Dectin-2 and stimulates Dectin-2 signaling; and (b) an antibody and/or an immunomodulatory agent, wherein (a) and (b) are conjugated to one another.
