Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a system for applying therapeutic pressure to a skin surface including a tip arranged at a first end of a therapeutic wand. The system also includes a head arranged opposite the tip at a second end of the therapeutic wand. The system includes a body arranged between the tip and the head, the body housing a control system for controlling operation of the therapeutic wand. The control system includes a printed circuit board, a timer electrically connected to the printed circuit board, the timer being programmable to determine an elapsed time of use of the therapeutic wand, and an indicator. The system also includes a grip arranged between the body and the head, the grip having an outer surface that is softer than the body to provide an ergonomic and comfortable location to hold the therapeutic wand.
