  • Publication number: 20160023362
Abstract: A shaving aid includes a substrate and a lubricating layer. Particles in the lubricating layer may be PEO, engineered particles, encapsulated liquid and/or particles, minerals, or other conventional particles or substances.
    Type: Application
    Filed: July 28, 2014
    Publication date: January 28, 2016
    Applicant: Rembrandt Shaving Technologies, LLC
    Inventor: Shelly Starling
  • Patent number: 8680177
Abstract: A combination of PEO and a liquid is formed using low frequency, high intensity vibration to achieve a high percentage of PEO. The liquid preferably is water. The invention is also application to PEO-like structures and polymeric polyols. A solid or semi-solid composition, such as a putty, may be formed by combining a liquid, a filler, and at least 50 percent PEO by weight and vibrating the combination at low frequency, high intensity to achieve a combination having a high PEOP content. The invention is also application to PEO-like structures and polymeric polyols.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 15, 2011
Date of Patent: March 25, 2014
