Publication number: 20230305815Abstract: Mechanisms are provided to automatically identify a regression scope of a requirements specification for at least one functionality of a software product. A first knowledge graph, having function entities, is generated of the requirements specification specifying functional requirements for a software product and a first vector representation is generated for the function entities. Code entities for existing code for the software product are generated that comprise features associated with portions of the existing code, and a second vector representation is generated for these code entities. Code entities are linked to function entities based on a vector similarity analysis between the first vector representation and the second vector representation.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 22, 2022Publication date: September 28, 2023Inventors: Yuan Li, Chao Yu, Shen Qi, Tao Liu, Qiang He, Nuo Xu

Publication number: 20230043505Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for implementing deep learning software model modification is provided. The method includes monitoring operational performance of a software model. An expected confidence level associated with the operational performance is first determined and it is determined that an inference associated with the expected confidence level is below a selected range of inferences associated with assigning new feature data as candidate video data. A candidate sequence comprising video data associated with the candidate video data is received and a similarity between frames of the candidate sequence is determined. A frame comprising a highest similarity with respect to segments of candidate video data is selected and it is detected that the frame is not associated with additional frames stored within a full cache structure. The software model is retrained such that the operational performance is modified.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 9, 2021Publication date: February 9, 2023Inventors: Kun Yan Yin, Hong Bing Zhang, Xue Ping Liu, Shen Qi, Jian Long Pan

Patent number: 7452708Abstract: A novel human cDNA, termed PRSS11-L, was isolated which encodes a polypeptide that belongs to the S2/HtrA serine protease family. The PRSS11-L mRNA is widely expressed in several tissues throughout the body by multi-tissue Northern blotting. The full-length PRSS11-L cDNA, was cloned, expressed and purified. Proteolytic activity was demonstrated using the protein substrate casein. The isolated nucleic acid or polypeptide molecule of the invention can be used in detection assays, gene therapy, and screening assays.Type: GrantFiled: September 7, 2006Date of Patent: November 18, 2008Assignee: Ortho-Mcneil Pharmaceutical, Inc.Inventors: Andrew Lawrence Darrow, Jian-Shen Qi, Cailin Chen, Patricia Andrade-Gordon

Publication number: 20040146981Abstract: Here we describe the molecular identification of a cDNA encoding a novel serine protease we have termed D-G. The deduced amino acid sequence, and it's alignment with other well characterized serine proteases clearly indicates that it is a member of the S1 serine protease family. We have found that the protease D-G mRNA is widely expressed in several tissues throughout the body including epidermis, fibroblasts, keratinocytes, colon, small intestine, stomach, lung, kidney, bone marrow, lymph node, thymus, ovary, prostate, uterus and spinal cord. Interestingly, this protease contains a hydrophobic stretch of amino acids which is a putative transmembrane near the NH2-terminus. Thus, this serine protease is thought to be synthesized as a type II integral protein.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2004Publication date: July 29, 2004Inventors: Andrew L.
