Abstract: Credit card transaction data sources are selectively linked with survey data sources and other external data sources to generate a data model for selected business applications. Transaction data at a customer level or at a geographic level may be linked with the survey data source. A survey data source may be configured for linking with a transaction data source to generate a model for export to external or internal processes. The survey data source may include linkages with the external data sources and/or with other internal data sources. Linkage models based on the transaction data may be incorporated in a financial data product or fed to downstream processes.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for predicting consumer purchase behavior are disclosed. In one example, the method includes obtaining consumer intention data and purchase transaction data associated with a consumer and merging the consumer intention data with the purchase transaction data to construct a target variable. The method further includes merging the target variable with at least one independent variable to create an aggregated data set, generating an intent-action gap model utilizing a portion of the aggregated data set, and applying the intent-action gap model to the aggregated data set to generate an intent-action gap score associated with the consumer, wherein the intent-action gap score serves as an indication of purchase behavior indicator associated with the consumer.

Abstract: An electrochemical storage cell is disclosed that comprises a cathode sheet, an anode sheet, and a separator sheet between the cathode and anode sheets. A metal foil current collector extends from a longitudinal edge of the cathode sheet. A further metal foil current collector extends from a longitudinal edge of the anode sheet. The anode sheet, cathode sheet, and separator sheet are wound in a flattened coil shape to produce a core in which the metal foil current collector of the cathode sheet extends beyond the separator sheet at one end of the core and the metal current collector of the anode sheet extends beyond the separator sheet at an opposite end of the core. Overlying layers of the metal foil current collector of the cathode sheet are compressed together and placed in electrical communication with a positive terminal of the cell while overlying layers of the metal foil current collector of the anode sheet are compressed together and placed in electrical communication a negative terminal of the cell.

Abstract: There is disclosed a core for an electrochemical cell that comprises an anode sheet, a cathode sheet, and a separator sheet disposed between the anode sheet and cathode sheet. The anode sheet, cathode sheet, and separator sheet are wound to form a flattened coil structure. The flattened coil structure has opposed flattened sides and opposed arcuate sides. The anode and cathode sheets terminate at the same or different arcuate sides. Further, the separator sheet may terminate at one of the arcuate sides.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a battery pack, which comprises a plurality of unit cells (1) each of which has two electrode terminals (2 and 3), and which are connected in series or in parallel by connecting an electrode terminal (2 or 3) of a unit cell (1) to an electrode terminal (3 or 2) of an adjacent unit cell (1), characterized in that, the electrode terminals (2 and 3) each is formed in a sheet shape, and the connection between the electrode terminals (2 and 3) is the binding of two sheets. According to the present invention, the battery pack has a low internal resistance, light weight, and reliable connection.
