The holder is pivotally connected to the base and compresses the first resilient member. The holder comprises an accommodating space, and a card member is removably accommodated in the accommodating space. The second resilient member and the driving rod are also disposed in the accommodating space. The driving rod comprises a hook and a recess. The hook is against the second resilient member and is capable of driving the card member to move. The block portion restrains the driving rod on the base.
