  • Publication number: 20200016424
Abstract: An electromagnetic field generating apparatus for treating pathological cells, in particular with tumor suppression function. The ratio of static magnetic field to alternating magnetic field is in the range of 0.5-2.5, and the total intensity is in the range up to 100 mT. It provides non-invasive low toxicity and side effects, significantly inhibiting a plurality of tumors, influencing the intracellular superoxide radical content, and promoting cell autophagy. The mechanism of action of the magnetic field is on the electron spin energy levels and consequently on the free radicals concentration. Additional magnetic field having frequency up to 100 MHz and intensity down to microTesla range can be also used to improve the antitumor efficacy in combination with the static as well as the extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (1-300 Hz) influencing the spin hyperfine resonance. A combination method is also provided of a power-frequency electromagnetic field generating device and a platinum-based medicine.

  • Patent number: 9001206
Abstract: A cascadable camera tampering detection transceiver module has a processing unit and a storing unit, an information controlling module and an analyzing module. The storing unit stores a transceiving module. The detection module analyzes input video, detects camera tampering events, synthesizes the input video with the image of camera tampering result, and outputs the synthesized video. When the input video is an output from the detection module, the detection module separates the camera tampering result from the input video, and the result can be used to simplify or enhance the subsequent video analysis. Performing the existing analysis repeatedly may be avoided, and the user may re-define the detection conditions in this manner. When the camera tampering result is transmitted in the video channel, the detection module transmits the camera tampering result, and hence the detection module may be used in combination with surveillance devices having image output or input interfaces.

  • Publication number: 20090208060
Abstract: The present invention discloses a license plate recognition system by utilizing spatial-temporal search-space reduction and method thereof. The license plate recognition system can selects a pixel with character edge feature from the inputted image and a plurality of candidate regions from the image; and detect if the candidate region of the inputted image has been appeared in a preceding image. Then the recognition system in the present invention separates the candidate region into a plurality of blocks, calculates the repeated block based on a current image and a preceding image, and determines whether the candidate region is repeated according to the repeated block. Thus, by discarding the repeated regions, the license plate recognition system in the present invention can avoid redundant calculation and improve the efficiency and performance for recognition of real plate character in the image.

  • Publication number: 20070292029
Abstract: The present invention discloses a cascade plate recognition system, wherein a compact plate region detection module receives an image, detects the plate area candidates of the image, picks out the sequences having continuous identical pixels from the plate area candidates, performs smearing and filtering on the sequences, extracts connected components from the plate area candidates to obtain compact plate regions, verifies the compact plate regions and outputs the verified compact plate regions; a plate character segmentation and recognition module receives the verified compact plate regions, extracts independent-character regions from each verified compact plate regions, verifies the independent-character regions and recognizes the verified independent-character regions to obtain the information of the plate characters. Thereby, the present invention has the advantages of high accuracy, learning capability and fast realtime operation.
