Abstract: A p-GaN high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) includes a buffer layer stacked on a substrate, a channel layer stacked on the buffer layer, a supply layer stacked on the channel layer, a doped layer stacked on the supply layer, and a hydrogen barrier layer covering the supply layer and the doped layer. A source and a drain are electrically connected to the channel layer and the supply layer, respectively. A gate is located on the doped layer. The hydrogen barrier layer is doped with fluorine.

The method includes: receiving a rear-view image; and displaying the rear-view image on a default area of a display in response to receiving a signal associated with a direction indicator light, wherein the default area corresponds to the direction indicator light.

Abstract: A method of using a mobile device as a dashboard of a motorcycle and a motorcycle using the method are provided. The motorcycle includes a body, an electronic control unit (ECU), a protocol converter, and a transceiver. The body includes a steering wheel, and the steering wheel includes a placement space for disposing a mobile device. The ECU is installed in the body and outputs a first signal via a first protocol. The protocol converter is installed in the body and coupled to the ECU. The protocol converter converts the first signal from the first protocol to a second protocol so as to generate a second signal, and the second protocol is different from the first protocol. The transceiver is installed in the body and coupled to the protocol converter. The transceiver transmits the second signal to the mobile device in the placement space.

Abstract: An aerosol clearing apparatus of an inkjet printer is provided. The aerosol clearing apparatus includes a plastic strip fastened on the housing of the inkjet printer, and a friction element which has a cloth material friction element and is disposed on a carriage in the inkjet printer. When the carriage moves, the friction element moves correspondingly and rubs the cloth material friction element against the plastic strip, so as to generate static electricity to absorb aerosol generated by a pen.

Abstract: A positioning apparatus and a printer using the same are provided. The positioning apparatus includes a slide rod, a carrying base, and a light detecting module. The slide rod has a plurality of positioning grooves on one side surface thereof, and the carrying base is slidingly disposed on the slide rod. The light detecting module is integrated with the carrying base and corresponds to the side surface of the slide rod having the positioning grooves. The light detecting module determines a relative position of the light detecting module with respect to the slide rod according to the intensity change of a reflection light reflected by the slide rod.
