Abstract: An electrical connector includes: an insulating body defining a mating space; and a terminal module assembled to the insulating body and having a circuit board and plural mating terminals mounted on the circuit board, wherein: each of the mating terminals has a contact portion extending obliquely backward, a bending portion bent backward from a front end of the contact portion, a connecting portion extending rearward from a rear end of the bending portion, and a mounting portion vertically extending from a rear end of the connecting portion for mounting on the circuit board; and a front end of the circuit board extends forward into the mating space.

Abstract: An optical element driving mechanism is provided and includes a fixed assembly, a movable assembly, a driving assembly and a stopping assembly. The fixed assembly has a main axis. The movable assembly is configured to connect an optical element, and the movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly. The stopping assembly is configured to limit the movement of the movable assembly relative to the fixed assembly within a range of motion.

Abstract: A nozzle is provided and includes a carrying segment, an assembling segment, a conical frustum segment, and at least one ring-shaped rib formed on the carrying segment and surrounding the conical frustum segment. The carrying segment has a top side and an opposite bottom side. The assembling segment is formed by extending from the bottom side of the carrying segment. The conical frustum segment is formed to taper from the top side of the carrying segment in a direction away from the assembling segment. The conical frustum segment defines a central axis, and a surrounding lateral surface of the conical frustum segment and a plane perpendicular to the central axis have an angle therebetween that is within a range from 35 degrees to 70 degrees. The conical frustum segment, the carrying segment, and the assembling segment jointly define an airflow channel penetrating therethrough along the central axis.

The gas permeable assembly includes a baffle plate provided with a plurality of through holes and a gas permeable plate made of a porous material containing plenty of pores. A gas enters the main body via the at least one gas inlet, passes through the through holes of the baffle plate, and is discharged from the gas permeable plate.

Abstract: A carrier plate applied for a load port is provided, which includes a first guide slot is provided with a first switch to drive a first nozzle to move up and down to switch the position, a second guide slot is provided with a second switch to drive a second nozzle to move up and down to switch the position, a third guide slot is provided with a third switch to drive a third nozzle to move obliquely to switch the position, and a fourth guide slot is provided with a fourth nozzle to move obliquely to switch the position, thereby, the first nozzle, the second nozzle, the third nozzle and the fourth nozzle move to the positions corresponding to the air holes on each of the bottoms of the wafer transfer cassettes to inflate or exhaust the wafer transfer cassette.
