  • Patent number: 9739261
Abstract: Disclosed is a power generation device (1), comprising a shaft column (11) and at least two blade units (12-17), wherein the blade units (12-17) are sheathed onto the shaft column (11) and capable of rotating around the shaft column (11), the adjacent blade units rotate in opposite rotational directions, each blade unit (12-17) has a plurality of arm portions (121-171) and a plurality of movable blades (122-172), the arm portions (121-171) extend radially outwardly from the shaft column (11), each of the movable blades is connected to one side of the corresponding arm portion and, after passing through a first radial center line (19) of the shaft column (11), expands gradually, and after being expanded, does not interfere with the adjacent blade unit, the first radial center line (19) is parallel to a fluid flow direction, and each of the movable blades is gradually closed after it rotates through a rotation angle.

  • Publication number: 20130182113
Abstract: A car side video assist system activated by light signals is revealed. The system includes at least two cameras respectively disposed on the left, right or rear side of a car for capturing images at corresponding sides and forming image signal sources. By using different light signals including left/right turn, warning or reversing signals as the activation signal sources, at least one camera is selected and activated and the images capture form at least one image/picture on a screen. The video signal source switch processor further includes a light signal interpretation processor that starts interpretation after a preset critical time such as 8 milliseconds when a light signal is activated and input. The interpretation continues for a preset period of time such as 300 milliseconds to output the result for preventing misinterpretation and interpreting the light signal is a single left/right turn signal or a warning signal accurately.

  • Publication number: 20090108585
Abstract: A turbine using fluid as a driving power to generate electricity includes a posts a generator assembly mounted on the post and a blade assembly operably connected to the generator assembly to drive the generator assembly to rotate to produce electricity. The blade assembly has multiple gates each spaced apart from each other with respect to the post so as to balance weight of the blade assembly to the post. Each gate has multiple blades pivotally mounted inside the gate and an actuator to alternately close/open gaps between adjacent blades to optimally use power of a fluid passing through the blades.
