Abstract: A system for integrating fitness information includes multiple fitness equipments, multiple detecting devices, a mobile device, a cloud server and an expert system. Each fitness equipment has a fitness recorder and a local area communication interface. Each detecting device has a detecting interface and a local area communication. The mobile device has a local area communication interface, a wireless communication interface and a display interface. A method for integrating fitness information and offering advice includes the steps of: receiving fitness and physical information, transmitting the fitness and physical information, determining the fitness and physical information, and receiving the advice.
