Abstract: The present application relates to a system and a method for producing vinyl chloride. The system comprise a preheat unit, a gas-liquid separating unit, a heat-recovery unit, a heating unit and a thermal pyrolysis unit, and therefore heat energy of the thermal pyrolysis product can be efficiently recovered. Energy cost of the system can be efficiently lowered with the heat-recovery unit and the heating unit, and further prolonging operating cycle of the system.

The movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly. The driving assembly is configured to drive the movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly in a range of motion. The screw tooth block includes an inserted concavity in a pair of opposite surfaces respectively and a through hole in the other opposite surfaces, the inserted concavity comprising an inner screw. The fastener, through the through hole of the mold unit and the through hole of the screw tooth block, fastens the screw tooth block in the space of the mold unit.

Abstract: The present invention provides a thermosetting paint including a fluorine substituted polymethyl methacrylate-silicon resin with a percentage by weight in the range from 30 to 60, pigment particles dispersed therein with a percentage by weight in the range from 4 to 30 and residual solvent. A molecular structural formula of the fluorine substituted polymethyl methacrylate-silicon resin is as below: wherein “R”, “R2” represents alkyl chains with carbon atomic number of 1 to 4, x represents 1 to 3, and m represents 83 to 277. The present invention also provides methods for making and using the thermosetting paint.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a gloss paint, the gloss paint includes: a fluoro acryl-silicon resin in an amount by weight from 20% to 60%, pigment particles in an amount by weight from 5% to 40%, an additive in an amount by weight of less than 5%, the remainder being a solvent. The present invention also discloses a method for using the gloss paint to form a gloss paint layer on a surface of an article. In use, the gloss paint of the present invention can obtain a high gloss finish without a top coat. Thus the present gloss paint simplifies the steps and equipments of using the same, and economizes on the cost of the procedure.

The joint structure can be two-segment joint to achieve more mobile activity of the knockdown card.
