  • Publication number: 20110294363
Abstract: A terminal table fastener is provided which includes a housing, a fixing element, a resilient terminal and a screw element. The housing defines at least a chamber therein. The fixing element is inserted into the chamber, and the screw element screws to the fixing element for elevating the fixing element. A through hole is defined in the fixing element for accommodating a circuit wire. The resilient terminal is received in the chamber, and is inserted into the through hole for electrically contacting the circuit wire. The fixing element is integrally formed by forging iron and is heat processed to be seamless, and thus has high rigidity and large torque. The screw element extends into the through hole to press the circuit wire and the resilient terminal. The fixing element is elevated to clamp the circuit wire. The terminal table fastener therefore has optimal retention and effective electrical conduction.

  • Publication number: 20110117790
Abstract: A fastener for separate male terminal block includes through holes in both sides of a front surface of a male terminal block. Each through hole has a bearing hole with relatively larger diameter and at a bottom thereof. Each bearing hole receives a clip with a screw hole in a center thereof. The clips settle in the bottom of the bearing holes. When screws of a female terminal block extend through the through holes and lock with the clips, the clips reliably bear the locking force of screws and prevent from disengagement under inappropriate force.

  • Publication number: 20050130508
Abstract: A connector includes a housing forming at least one receptacle and a terminal received in each receptacle. The housing has upper and lower faces in which opposite slots are defined. Through holes are defined in the slots and extending to the receptacle. The terminal has an engagement section, a retention section extending from the engagement section, an extension section extending from the retention section and opposite to the engagement section and a wire engaging section projecting from the extension section. The engagement section includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced resilient leaves forming a cylinder axially aligned with the holes defined in the upper and lower faces of the housing. Thus, when a pin of a mating connector is fit into the cylinder of the engagement section through either one of the holes of the housing, the pin is completely surrounded by the leaves and a large contact area is formed between the pin and the engagement section.

  • Publication number: 20040224571
Abstract: The present invention provides a terminal structure having an improved electroplate. The terminal is configured to a circuit board for contacting an electrode of an external battery. The terminal is formed with a hollow-tube body having a base, wherein an opening is formed in an end of the hollow-tube body; a contacting portion disposed in the hollow-tube body; and an elastic member disposed between the hollow-tube body and the contacting portion. A bore passing through the hollow-tube body is disposed in circumference of the hollow-tube body and is close to the base. Whereby when being electroplated in electroplating solution, by convection of the electroplating solution between the opening and the bore in the hollow-tube body, inner and outer parts of the hollow-tube body are electroplated thoroughly.

  • Publication number: 20040224570
Abstract: The present invention provides a connecting terminal for electrode contact. The terminal is configured to a circuit board for contacting electrodes of an external battery. The terminal comprises: a body having a container, wherein a first opening and a second opening passing through the container are respectively disposed in two ends of the body, the first opening circularly has an obstruction; a contacting portion disposed in an end of the container of the body and exposed out of the first opening, wherein a stopper is circularly disposed in an end of the contacting portion; a dowel configured to the second opening of the body; an elastic member limited in between the contacting portion and the dowel. Whereby, the present invention facilitates manufacture and fabrication of the terminal, strengthens the construction of the terminal, and lengthens the life-span of the terminal.
