The at least one tracking device determines at least one first spatial area from a spatial map information stored in a storage of the at least one tracking device based on the first role configuration. The at least one tracking device loads the at least one first spatial area into a memory of the at least one tracking device.

Abstract: A tracking device includes a camera and a processor is disclosed. The camera is configured to capture several first pictures with a first setting group and several second pictures with a second setting group in turn. The processor is coupled to the camera. The processor is configured to select a current time point picture from several first pictures or several second pictures according to a current time point speed of the tracking device of the current time point, and to determine a current pose of the tracking device of the current time point according to the current time point picture.

The method includes: obtaining a first image; in response to determining that a first reference object of at least one reference object exists in the first image, determining a first relative position between the host and the first reference object; obtaining a first reference pose based on the first relative position; and correcting a pose of the host based on the first reference pose.

Abstract: A control method, suitable for a virtual reality system including a head-mounted device (HMD device) and a tracking device, is disclosed. The control method includes the following operations: showing a first marker on a screen of the HMD device, in which the first marker is generated according to a capability of a camera of the HMD device; and localizing the tracking device with an HMD map of the HMD device when the tracking device is aligned with the first marker by the tracking device.

Abstract: A tracking device, communicatively connected to a HMD device (head-mounted display device), is disclosed. The tracking device includes a client processor and a client memory. The client processor is configured to obtain an initial map from the HMD device. The client memory is configured to store the initial map. The client processor is further configured to update the initial map stored in the client memory to generate a client map according to a host bundle adjustment data sent by the HMD device.
