Abstract: A wireless battery charger comprises of a housing, a processing module, and a rechargeable battery. The housing has a socket, at least one terminal mounted on at least one inner wall of the socket, a first display unit, and a second display unit. The processing module mounted in the housing has a printed circuit board electrically connected to the terminal, at least one connector mounted on the printed circuit board and corresponding to an outer periphery of the housing, a switch, a power indicator corresponding to the first display unit, a charging indicator corresponding to the second display unit, and a plurality of electronic components. The rechargeable battery is received in the housing and electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The rechargeable battery can be fully pre-charged prior to taking the wireless battery charger outdoors for immediately charging a rechargeable battery used in a portable electronic appliance.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved battery charger, more particularly to an improved battery charger applicable for the AA/AAA Ni-MH and Ni-CD rechargeable batteries. By means of the operation of a fan disposed in the battery charger to disperse the heat and lower the temperature of the charging battery, the present invention attains the functions of effectively controlling the battery temperature, enhancing the battery charge capacity, and extending the battery life.
