Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a method for wafer cleaning. The apparatus can include a wafer holder configured to hold a wafer; a cleaning nozzle configured to dispense a cleaning fluid onto a first surface (e.g., front surface) of the wafer; and a cleaning brush configured to clean a second surface (e.g., back surface) of the wafer. Using the cleaning fluid, the cleaning brush can clean the second surface of the wafer with a scrubbing motion and ultrasonic vibration.

Abstract: An optical display system and an electronics device are disclosed. The optical display system comprises: a display, which generating image light of a first polarization; a partial reflector, which transmits the image light without changing its polarization and reflects the image light with its polarization being changed to a second polarization; a first optic unit, placed after the partial reflector, which includes at least one refractive lens for chromatic aberration correction; and a reflection-type Pancharatnam-Berry lens, which is placed after the first optic unit and works in the Bragg regime, and which reflects the image light of the first polarization and transmits the image light of the second polarization.

Abstract: A water sprayer includes a handle having a passage, a housing having a pathway and a chamber communicating with the passage and a passageway communicating with the chamber and the pathway of the housing, to form a valve seat between the passageway and the pathway of the housing. A stem is rotatably and slidably received in the passageway and the chamber of the housing, and includes a block having a groove for selectively communicating with the passage of the handle. The block includes a channel formed by a swelling and having an opening selectively communicating with the pathway of the housing when the stem is rotated relative to the housing, to control a water flowing through the housing.

Abstract: A sprayer device includes an opening formed by a peripheral wall, and a mouth for receiving water. A head is rotatably attached to the peripheral wall and includes a number of ports to be selectively aligned with the mouth, and to selectively receive water from the mouth. The head includes an outer peripheral portion having a number of apertures, a cover is secured to the head. A buffering plate is spaced from the cover to form a gap between the cover and the buffering plate. The cover includes one or more inlets for allowing the water to selectively flow through the inlets of the cover and flow into the gap formed between the cover and the buffering plate.

Abstract: A water sprayer includes a hollow body, a support seat, and a flow control device. The flow control device includes a push member, a sealing rubber, a press plate, a compression spring, a spring seat, a fixing nut, and a flow control knob. Thus, the water sprayer is provided with a flow control device, so that the water flow rate flowing from the water sprayer can be controlled optimally. In addition, the flow control knob of the flow control device is far away from the water outlet hole, thereby preventing the flow control knob from being wet.

The opening of the push trigger receives the button device. The shaft has a disk head and an annular groove. The O-ring encloses the annular groove of the shaft. The spring surrounds the shaft. The shaft is inserted through the hollow post.

The main body has a channel, a hollow threaded head, a handle, and a neck disposed between the handle and the hollow threaded head. The channel receives the water check collar, the plunger, the water sieve device, and the water stopping washer. The hollow threaded head engages with a water spray nozzle. The neck has a through hole receiving the positioning shaft. The rotatable collar encloses the neck.
