    Abstract: The invention relates to a method, a system and a storage for detecting a fault of a HVAC system. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining room air temperatures and compressor equivalent runtime during the operation of the HVAC system; calculating a rate of change per unit time of the room air temperatures within the compressor equivalent runtime; and determining whether a fault occurs in the HVAC system based on a change in the rate of change per unit time of the room air temperatures. The invention can be applied to a HVAC system for an on-line fault detection, which is able to effectively detect a series of faculties and may output information such as an alert to help to increase the security and the user satisfaction of the HVAC system.

    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for training of factorization machines (FMs) using a streaming mode alternating least squares (ALS) optimization. A methodology implementing the techniques according to an embodiment includes receiving a datapoint that includes a feature vector and an associated target value. The feature vector includes user identification, subject matter identification, and a context. The target value identifies an opinion of the user relative to the subject matter. The method further includes applying an FM to the feature vector to generate an estimate of the target value, and updating parameters of the FM for training of the FM. The parameter update is based on application of a streaming mode ALS optimization to: the datapoint; the estimate of the target value; and to an updated summation of intermediate calculated terms generated by application of the streaming mode ALS optimization to previously received datapoints associated with prior parameter updates of the FM.

    Abstract: A method, apparatus and storage medium for analyzing insect feeding behaviors are disclosed. The method comprises detecting insects in a video recording feeding activities of the insects by deep learning using a neural network to obtain a detection result, obtaining insect trajectories according to the detection result, and obtaining an analysis result according to the insect trajectories. According to the present disclosure, the detection and analysis are performed on a pre-recorded video by deep learning using a neural network, and then the insect trajectories and an analysis result are obtained according to the detection result, thus manual observation, recording and analysis are not needed, the efficiency is high. Besides, subjective assumptions are eliminated for higher accuracy. The present disclosure, as a method, apparatus and storage medium for analyzing insect feeding behaviors, can be widely used in the field of insect behavior analysis.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cytokine-based bioactivatable drug construct (“VitoKine”) platform that aims to reduce systemic mechanism-based toxicities and lead to broader therapeutic utility for proteins and cytokines such as IL-15 and IL-2 for the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, viral infection, transplantation and various other disorders. The novel VitoKine constructs of the present invention comprise: 1) a tissue or disease site targeting moiety D1 domain (“D1”), 2) a bioactivatable moiety D2 domain (“D2”), and a concealing moiety D3 domain (“D3”). Importantly, because the “active moiety” of the VitoKine construct will remain inert until activated locally by proteases that are upregulated in diseased tissues, this will limit binding of the active moiety to the receptors or to the targets in the peripheral or on the cell-surface of non-diseased cells and tissue to prevent over-activation of the pathway and reduce undesirable “on-target” “off tissue” toxicities.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics and a method of preparing the same. The surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics comprises a collagen compound within a net-like bacterial cellulose base material. A bacterial cellulose base material is placed into solution of collagen, treated via vortex shaking, dried at room temperature; and then immersed in an aqueous solution of an aldehyde compound under vacuum to react for 10 to 30 minutes, thereby producing the surgical implant material for assisted repair of muscle mechanics. The surgical implant material of the present invention can effectively improve the biocompability, and maintain the flexibility, smoothness and fitness of the base material to reduce the damage to surrounding tissues, thereby reducing the bleeding and inflammatory response.

The flaw detecting apparatus comprises: a line scanning detector, an annular illumination source, a rotary table rotatable about a Z axis, a translation table translatable along an X axis and a processor. By translating and rotating the plane mirror to be detected, an entire surface of the plane mirror to be detected can be detected by the line scanning detector, and the flaw of the entire plane mirror to be detected is obtained by a ring band stitching method. The method of line scanning and ring band stitching reduces the imaging distortion, the intermediate data amount, the difficulty in the distortion correction and difficulty in stitching, and improves the detection speed and the detection quality.
