    Abstract: A legitimate radio access network node may determine fake base station barring criteria that may be transmitted to a user equipment in a fake base station barring configuration. The user equipment may analyze information or signal characteristics corresponding to a signal associated with another node with respect to criteria contained in the fake base station barring configuration. The barring criteria may comprise a signal strength threshold or a timing advance threshold. If the analyzed information or signal characteristics satisfy barring criteria contained in the barring configuration, the user equipment may determine that the other node is a fake base station and may avoid selecting, or accessing, the other node. The user equipment may flush radio resource control configuration information corresponding to the fake base station. The user equipment may select or access a next-best node based on the barring criteria being satisfied with respect to the determined fake based station.

    Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for compressing data. A process can include generating a compressed sub-packet by removing one or more sparsity bytes from a sequence of values corresponding to a sub-packet, the sequence of values including one or more sparsity bytes each equal to a configured sparsity value and one or more non-sparsity bytes each corresponding to a respective data value different from the configured sparsity value. A sub-packet header can be generated for the compressed sub-packet, and indicative of a respective location within the sequence of values of each non-sparsity byte. A packet header can be generated for a plurality of compressed sub-packets, and indicative of the configured sparsity value and respective coding information for each compressed sub-packet. A compressed data packet can be generated to include at least the packet header, the sub-packet header, and the one or more non-sparsity bytes included in the sequence of values.

    Abstract: The invention provides novel glucocorticosteroids, glucocorticosteroid-linkers and antibody drug conjugates (ADC's) comprising an antibody or antibody fragment which binds to an antigen expressed on immune cells, optionally an antigen expressed on human immune cells. In some instances the ADCs comprise an anti-human VISTA (V-region Immunoglobulin-containing Suppressor of T cell Activation (1)) antibody or anti-VISTA antigen-binding antibody fragment which binds to VISTA expressing cells at physiologic pH having a short serum half-life (?24-72 or 24-48 or 12-24 hours or less in a human VISTA knock-in rodent or ((?1-3.5 days or less in a human or non-human primate). In some instances these ADCs have a rapid onset of action and are potent for prolonged duration as they are very effectively internalized by immune cells in large amounts where they are cleaved releasing large amounts of active steroid payload.

    Abstract: A method of quantum key distribution making use of 2-qubit entanglement, by which one entangled qubit is sent from an operator O to Alice and the other entangled qubit is sent from operator O to Bob, making for key-sharing among three parties (multi-user quantum key distribution, i.e. MU QKD). Alice and Bob each measures a respective sequence of qubits randomly along either one of two states, records the measurements in a respective list, and encodes the bits in an encoded list. The encoded lists are sent to operator O for entanglement to be verified with the CHSH inequality. Bob's verified list is sent to Alice and vice-versa, allowing Alice and Bob to further verify correlation. Non-entangled bits are rejected until Alice and Bob have a similar key, being a reconciled quantum-based key as sought.

    Abstract: Methods of distributing a quantum-based cryptographic key to multiple network nodes. A multi-user quantum key distribution from one node to two further nodes can be extended to a binary tree structure where any further node can participate in quantum key distribution with its two child nodes. A key generated in a 3-node subgroup can be stitched with a key from of a parent 3-node subgroup, or a child 3-node group, and key confirmations can be provided through authenticated classical channels. Classical channels can also be used to communicate and relay membership updates, allowing a key operator at a binary tree's root node to update keys accordingly.
