    Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a processing tool. The tool includes a housing enclosing a processing chamber, and an input/output port configured to pass a wafer through the housing into and out of the processing chamber. A back-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a back side of the wafer. A front-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a front side of the wafer according to a first image resolution. A front-side micro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image the front side of the wafer according to a second image resolution which is higher than the first image resolution.

    Abstract: A foldable pair of scissors includes a first scissor, a second scissor pivotally connected with the first scissor, a first lever pivotally connected with the first scissor, a second lever pivotally connected with the second scissor, a first handle pivotally connected with the first lever and a second handle pivotally connected with the second lever. The foldable pair of scissors may include a retaining device for retaining each of the first and second handles in an extended position relative to one of the first and second levers. The retaining device may be a strip including an end secured to a side plate of the first or second handle and a free end for abutment against an end of a side strip of the first or second lever. The end of the side strip of the first or second lever may be flat for adequate engagement with the retaining device.
