    Abstract: A calibration method to find the impedance of a radio frequency front-end (RFFE) is provided. The RFFE includes a feedback end and a tuner. The tuner is set to a first predetermined setting to have a first impedance. An output end of the tuner is set to different calibration settings. The first reflection coefficient sets at the feedback end is obtained. The second impedance from the feedback end of the RFFE to an input end of the tuner is calculated based on the first reflection coefficient. The tuner is set to a second predetermined setting. The second reflection coefficient sets at the feedback end is obtained. The third impedance of the tuner in the second predetermined setting is calculated based on the second impedance from the feedback end of the RFFE to the input end of the tuner and the second reflection coefficient sets.

    Abstract: A multi-screen signal processing device includes a main graphics processor and a plurality of sub-graphics processors. The main graphics processor is electrically connected to the plurality of sub-graphics processors respectively. The main graphics processor is used for receiving an external image data, and capable of decoding the external image data and outputting a frame data. Each sub-graphics processor respectively captures a part of the frame data synchronously and outputs a broadcasting signal. The multi-screen signal processing device may be connected to multiple screens to play multiple images at the same time. Moreover, the decoding step using a single graphics processor enables easy synchronization of frames displayed on different screens and saves energy consumed by repeating the decoding step.

    Abstract: A notch filter with a high Q factor, which is integrated with a first and a second cascoded LNA, is totally contained on an integrated chip. The notch filter, comprising two Q-enhancement circuits, is coupled to the second differential LNA. The two Q-enhancement circuits are combined to generate sufficient negative impedance to compensate for the loss in the on-chip low Q inductors. To improve the image rejection of the notch filter in a wide frequency band, the notch filter uses an automatic current tuning circuit which consists of an analog multiplier and fixed and voltage controlled current sources. Furthermore, by modifying the connection and location of the tunable varactor, another wideband tunable notch filter is implemented. The notch filter can be applied in all current wireless receiver systems.

    Abstract: A DCR RF front-end removes the DC term resulting from mixer port to port leakage and feeds RF and LO signals into the mixers with different phase combinations. The signal inputs to the mixers result in the intermediate frequency (IF) output of mixers being 180 degrees out of phase and their DC terms in phase. When subtracting the two outputs from each other the IF signals add up while the DC terms cancel giving a DC free output. A DC offset feedback tuning loop detects the DC offset in the IF domain and then feeds back the tuning voltage to current injection mixers. A multiplier cancels the IF signals and amplifies the DC offset and a comparator compares the amplified DC offset with a threshold voltage and controls the gain of current injection mixers. The feedback tuning loop thus tracks time-varying DC offsets in real-time.

The main input shaft comprises a plurality of input shafts all rotatable about a common fictitious axis, and the main output shaft comprises an equal number of input shafts engageable with corresponding input shafts via a group of drive gear-driven gear combinations, respectively. With this design, the plurality of output shafts can receive rotational powers from the input shafts, respectively and independently of each other.
