    Abstract: A processing platform in one embodiment comprises one or more processing devices each including at least one processor coupled to a memory. The processing platform is configured to implement a crosslink identification and validation algorithm for processing multiple levels of mass spectrometry data in order to identify and validate protein-protein interactions within the mass spectrometry data. In conjunction with execution of the crosslink identification and validation algorithm, the processing platform is further configured to obtain mass spectrometry spectra for each of the multiple levels, to apply a header matching filter to identify at least one potential crosslink relating one or more first level spectra and one or more second level spectra utilizing a plurality of third level spectra, and to apply one or more mass validation filters to identify whether or not the potential crosslink is a valid crosslink.

    Abstract: An electronic device such as a head-mounted device may have displays that are viewable by the eyes of a viewer through adjustable lenses. The adjustable lenses may be liquid crystal lenses. A camera and other sensors in the head-mounted device may monitor the eyes of the user and gather other information. Control circuitry in the head-mounted device may control the adjustable lenses based on measured characteristics of the eyes of the user such as interpupillary distance and direction-of-view. The control circuitry may match the distance between the centers of the adjustable lenses to the measured interpupillary distance and may align the lens centers with the measured direction-of-view. The adjustable lenses may have transparent electrodes that are supplied with time-varying control signals by the control circuitry.

    Abstract: A preparation method of substituted primary amine is disclosed. The preparation method uses cyanophenyl and a derivative thereof as raw materials, nanoporous palladium as a catalyst, and H2 as a hydrogen source, and conducts selective hydrogenation to prepare the substituted primary amine. The molar concentration of the cyanophenyl and the derivative thereof in the solvent is 0.01-2 mmol/mL, and the molar ratio of the cyanophenyl to the derivative thereof to the catalyst is 1: 0.01-1: 0.5. The size of a pore framework of the nanoporous palladium is 1 nm-50 nm. The pressure of the H2 is 0.1-20.0 MPa. The obtained product has high selectivity; the present invention has mild reaction conditions, does not need any additive, and has simple operation and post-processing and good catalyst reproducibility. After repeatedly used, the catalytic activity of the present invention is not significantly reduced, thereby providing the possibility of realizing industrialization.
