    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for determining whether a subject has or is at risk of developing colorectal cancer with an ex vivo biological sample isolated from the subject. The method comprises: determining the levels of at least two target proteins with the aid of mass spectrometry, in which the at least two target proteins are selected from the group consisting of ADAM10, CD59, and TSPAN9; and assessing whether the subject has or is at risk of developing the colorectal cancer based on the levels of the at least two target proteins. The present method may serve as a potential means for diagnosing and predicting the incidence of colorectal cancer, and the subject in need thereof could receive a suitable therapeutic regimen in time in accordance with the diagnostic results produced by the present method.

    Abstract: An AC adapter connected to an external AC power includes a main body, an input plug, a transforming and rectifying circuit, and a connecting cable. The overload protection circuit is electrically connected to the input plug for inputting AC power and preventing a circuit from having a load with a large current. The external AC power socket is connected to the overload protection circuit for outputting a stable AC power, and connected to an external power connector for supplying AC power. With the feature of the AC adapter being connected to an output of an external expanded AC power, several adapters can be stacked with each other and connected to the external AC power, without occupying the position of an insert slot, while providing an application of connecting several adapters to an external AC power.

    Abstract: A positioning structure for a pivotal shaft comprises a positioning device for use in the pivotal shaft. The positioning structure is located between a base and a lid of an electronic product, wherein an inner sleeve is pivotally connected to an outer sleeve through an elastic device. The positioning device is composed of a rotation ring and a ring cover. A toothed ring is mounted on each side of the rotation ring, and a limit block is protrudent from the edge of the rotation ring. The ring cover has a locking trench, and the toothed rings are inserted into the locking trench. The elastic device is pre-rotated. When the push-button switch is separated from the buttonhole by pressing, the lid is lifted up by the anti-twist force and the lower edge of the lid is exactly stopped by the limit block for positioning the lid to a predetermined angle automatically.

    Abstract: An integrated multipurpose audio-visual optical disk drive comprises a main machine and a monitor, wherein the main machine comprises a hinge mounted thereon for pivotally connecting the main machine with the monitor so as to enable the monitor to be rotated in various angles. A plurality of control buttons, a plurality of slots, an optical disk receiving opening are formed on a lateral portion and a front surface of the available space of the main machine. The audio-visual optical disk can be carried and used alone by integrating the monitor into the main machine so as to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional structure, which is not workable when the conventional main machine is disassembled. Moreover, every controlling device is mounted on the main machine of the present invention such that the operator is capable of self-controlling and self-adjusting his favorite channels.
