Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an organic light-emitting display panel and a display apparatus. A functional layer disposed on a first substrate in the organic light-emitting display panel includes an emissive layer and an optical filter layer. A pixel define layer is disposed between adjacent organic light-emitting units in the emissive layer. Black light-shielding blocks and color-blocking blocks in the optical filter layer are alternately arranged. The color-blocking blocks and the organic light-emitting units are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner. A region between adjacent black light-shielding blocks covers the organic light-emitting unit in a thickness direction of the organic light-emitting display panel. The pixel define layer is a black light-absorbing layer.
