By injecting low-cost metal halide into the interior of wood, the present disclosure obtains wood with natural color and texture and high flame retardant ability, which is very suitable for use in decorative environment and is expected to be applied in many fields such as furniture, architecture, shipbuilding and ancient wood preservation.
