    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a leveling control method, device and system, a motor grader. The leveling control method includes: acquiring elevations of a current position of a blade of a motor grader and a target position, and a movement speed of the motor grader, wherein the target position is on the ground with a certain horizontal distance from the current position along a movement direction of the motor grader; determining a movement time of the blade from the current position to the target position from the horizontal distance and the movement speed; determining a lifting speed of a lifting cylinder from an elevation difference between the elevation of the target position and the elevation of the current position and the movement time; and controlling the lifting cylinder to adjust the blade to move from the current position to the target position according to the lifting speed.

    Abstract: An electrical contactor or wiper that uses an elastomer near the tip to reduce flexing and improve electrical signal accuracy. The contactor includes an elongated beam having a U-shaped end. Several carbon fibers form a bundle attached to the beam. The fibers have ends and tips. The ends are compressively held inside the U-shaped end and the tips emanate from the U-shaped end. An elastomer is disposed over the carbon fibers where they emanate from the U-shaped end. The elastomer reduces flexing of the carbon fibers. The elastomer is located between the beam and adjacent to the tips with the tips being exposed. A laser is used to trim the carbon fibers and elastomer to form the tips.

The carbon fibers are in electrical contact with the resistive element. The carbon fibers are attached to the beam by a conductive epoxy or the carbon fibers are attached to the beam by a crimping. The contactor is attached to a rotor or a drive arm.
