The medicament consists of obacunone and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliaries and additives, wherein obacunone is 3% to 25% by mass in the medicament. The obacunone in the medicament can inhibit bleomycin-induced lung injury and pulmonary fibrosis in mice, and regulate the expression of the inflammation-associated cytokines in the bleomycin-induced injured lung tissue in mice.
