The cutting detecting device detects the cutting state of the liquid crystal panel cut by the cutting device and outputs the detected cutting state to the first transferring device, which prevents the liquid crystal panel with the remained split plate from being transferred to the LC alignment device and avoids the undesirable alignment of the CF substrate and the waste of the liquid crystal panel.
