Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a device and a system for implementing directional broadcast in mobile data broadcasting. In the method, upon receiving a broadcast message from a content server, a network element processes the broadcast message according to first location information carried in the broadcast message and second location information in the network element. In the embodiments of the present invention, with the first location information carried in the broadcast message and the second location information set in the network element, upon receiving the broadcast message, the network element processes the broadcast message according to the first location information and the second location information, so that the content server may implement directional broadcast for a special location area without directly accessing a directional location area, which reduces the network complexity.

Abstract: A method for adding a background tone to a call includes: triggering a background tone service, according to a preset triggering mechanism, upon receipt of a call from a calling subscriber to a called subscriber; establishing a three-party call among the calling subscriber, the called subscriber, and the background tone service platform, and playing, by the background tone, a background tone service platform. A system for implementing a background tone service includes an exchange and a background tone service platform. By applying embodiments of the present invention, subscribers can communicate with each other and enjoy the background tone, which is more interesting.

Abstract: A content playing method, system and receiving terminal, the method including: set priorities for broadcast contents; determine the contents to be played according to priorities of broadcast contents. The invention helps to solve broadcast contents conflicts by managing broadcast contents according to priorities. In addition, if priorities are set for broadcast contents on content servers and the priorities cannot be modified based on setting, it is easy for service provider to provide new services. For example, a service provider may provide broadcast content for free and force users to play advertisement in the broadcast contents.

Abstract: A method for implemplenting a mobile data broadcast service includes: determining that a content client does not receive a broadcast message; transferring the broadcast message to the content client after learning that a terminal corresponding to the content client accesses a network. The embodiments of the invention also provide a Content Server(CS) and a content client for implementing a mobile data broadcast service. According to the embodiments of the invention, even if a user does not receive the broadcast message because his/her terminal is off-line, the user may receive the broadcast message customized by him/her after his/her terminal accesses the network, which improves the customer satisfaction, increases the income of operators, and accelerates the development of broadcast services.

A method for a game system obtaining location information includes: a game user terminal sending a location inquiry request to a positioning system, obtaining location information from the positioning system and returning the location information to a game server. A method for applying location information in a game includes: a game server obtaining location information of a game user terminal, implementing a game according to the location information and a game configuration. A game server and a game user terminal are also provided. Through the above mentioned, it is possible to inquire location information of a game user terminal, and apply the location information in the game so as to provide various game services related to location information to users.

Abstract: A method for ensuring arrival of voice information is disclosed, comprising: when a calling terminal cannot successfully call a called terminal, a calling switching device connecting the voice channel of the calling terminal to a voice platform set in the communications network, the voice platform saving the voice information left by the calling terminal's user, continuing calling the called terminal until the called terminal gives an answer, and playing the voice information to the called terminal's user. Also disclosed is a system for ensuring the arrival of voice information corresponding to the aforementioned method.
