Abstract: A composition used for high-strength impermeable concrete. The composition contains sand, stone, cement, water reducer, water and reinforced impermeable sand. The reinforced impermeable sand includes aeolian sand and binder covering the surface of the aeolian sand. The reinforced impermeable sand can fill the gap between the sand and the stone, and well combine various components in the composition, and suppress the seepage phenomenon of the molded concrete, thereby greatly improving the strength and impermeability of the concrete.

Abstract: The present invention discloses coated particles for oil recovery, a fracturing propping agent that comprises the coated particles, and an oil recovery method that utilizes the fracturing propping agent. The coated particles comprise particles of aggregates and an oil-permeable and water-proof film coated on the particles of aggregates. The coated quartz sand and fracturing propping agent are oil-permeable and water-proof under normal atmospheric pressure, and have oil permeation resistance much lower than water permeation resistance in pressurized state. Therefore, when the coated quartz sand and fracturing propping agent are applied in the oil recovery industry, they can effectively reduce the volume of produced water and increase the oil yield.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the communications field and discloses a method, an apparatus, and a system for transmitting packet service data Packet service data is sent by a User Equipment (UE). It is determined whether the packet service data is Internet service data according to a pre-obtained Internet service offloading policy. If the packet service data is Internet service data, the packet service data is transmitted to a Public Data Network (PDN) via a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) and an IP backbone. Embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to wireless communication systems such as a WCDMA system.

Abstract: A filtering element and method for making the same and a water treating device, wherein the filtering element comprises a water permeable support (1) having an organic material layer (3) on the surface, and an organic filtering membrane (2) which is covered on the surface of the organic material layer (3) and thus combined with the organic material layer (3). The pore size of the organic filter membrane (2) is 0.0015-20 ?m. The method comprises that organic material layer (3) is formed on the surface of the water permeable support (1); organic filtering membrane (2) material is dissolved into organic solvent to produce filming liquid of 1-10%; and subsequently the water permeable support (1) is coated with the filming liquid to form organic filtering membrane (2) on the organic material layer (3).

Abstract: The invention disclosed a composite permeable brick comprising a permeable surface layer and a permeable base layer. The surface layer and the permeable base layer, which respectively comprise an aggregate and a binder adhering to the aggregate, are closely combined together. The binder in the permeable surface layer at least comprises a hydrophilic binder. The permeable brick according to the invention has a good permeability and is of low cost, because of the compact and permeable surface of the brick. The invention also discloses a mixture for preparing the composite permeable brick, comprising an aggregate and a binder adhering to the aggregate. The binder at least comprises a hydrophilic binder, and the binder/aggregate ratio is from 1:100 to 20:100 by mass.
