    Abstract: This application provides a channel state information measurement method, to enable a network device to dynamically adjust a quantity of transmit channels, thereby reducing energy consumption of the network device. The network device sends reference signal resource configuration information to a terminal device, where the reference signal resource configuration information indicates P antenna ports. The terminal device measures CSI based on one or more proper subsets of antenna ports in a universal set of the P antenna ports, and sends the CSI to the network device. The network device can dynamically adjust the quantity of transmit channels based on different dimensions of channel state information reported by the terminal device, thereby reducing energy consumption of the network device.

    Abstract: A communication method and a communications apparatus are provided. A principle of the method is as follows. Currently, for downlink data transmitted in a semi-persistent scheduling manner, only 1-bit acknowledgment information can be fed back in one time unit. However, as a transmission periodicity P of the downlink data transmitted in the semi-persistent scheduling manner becomes smaller, multi-bit acknowledgment information may need to be fed back in one time unit. In view of this, this application provides a communication method and a communications apparatus to feed back multi-bit acknowledgment information in one time unit. First, multi-bit acknowledgment information to-be-sent in one time unit is determined; then N acknowledgment codebooks are generated, where the N acknowledgment codebooks are used to carry the multi-bit acknowledgment information; and finally, the N acknowledgment codebooks are sent in the time unit.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless communication method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system. In the method, a terminal determines, based on a detected SSB, a first index of the SSB in a first set and a second index of the SSB, and then determines a resource of the SSB. One SSB may correspond to one or more resources, and time division multiplexing may be performed between different resources. Therefore, there is a plurality of sending occasions for one SSB. Each SSB corresponds to one transmit beam direction, so that a sending occasion of an SSB corresponding to a transmit beam direction may be flexibly adjusted. When a plurality of SSBs in one set are sent, a sending sequence of SSBs corresponding to different transmit beam directions may be determined according to a service requirement, to further determine a resource occupied by each SSB.
