    Abstract: A polygonal cutting blade having a circular arc-shaped groove in a hole includes a blade body composed of an upper surface, a lower surface and a plurality of main side surfaces connecting the upper surface and the lower surface. The blade body has a central hole penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface, and is centrally symmetrical about a central axis of the central hole. At least one set of positioning side surface comprised of adjacent two of the main side surfaces is provided. An inner surface of the central hole has at least one circular arc-shaped groove fitting with a fastening screw for fixing the cutting blade. The circular arc-shaped groove directly faces toward an intersection of the two main side surfaces of the set of positioning side surface. A groove central axis of the circular arc-shaped groove has an offset distance from the central axis.

    Abstract: A rotary cutting tool includes a rotary tool body, a blade clamp, a cutting insert, a clamp fastener, and an insert fastener, wherein the rotary tool body has an insert pocket to define a bottom positioning face, a first lateral positioning face and a second lateral positioning face. The cutting insert is affixed to the blade clamp via the insert fastener. The first lateral positioning face is orientated opposite to a side cutting edge of the cutting insert. The blade clamp is slid into the insert pocket in an axial direction of the rotary tool body, wherein the blade clamp is coupled by the first and second lateral positioning faces in an interference clamping manner and is retained at the rotary tool body by the clamp fastener. The present invention has the advantages of strong radial impact resistance, high positioning accuracy, high safety concern and long service life.

    Abstract: An unequal helix-angle end mill includes a cutting part and a handle part. The cutting part is provided with a plurality of flutes, each spirally extending from the bottom end to the handle part. The face of each flute facing the cutting rotation direction is a rake face, wherein the rake face and an outer peripheral face of the cutting part are intersected to form an outer peripheral blade, and the helix-angle of at least one of the peripheral blades is different from those of the other peripheral blades. A face joined with the peripheral blade among the outer peripheral face of the cutting part is a rear face. The width B of the edge flap of each peripheral blade is equal on a plane orthogonal to a rotating axis of the end mill. The unequal helix-angle end mill has high strength, and enhances the cutting depth and durability.

The tool body includes a shaft handle and a cutting end, and defines a circumferential face extended between the shaft handle and the cutting end. The tool body further has an insert pocket extended to the cutting end to secure the cutting insert at the insert pocket, and a flute formed on the circumferential face to communicate with the insert pocket. The tool body further has a cooling channel extended through the shaft handle to the cutting end, and a plurality of discharging chambers spacedly formed on the circumferential face to communicate with the cooling channel. During a drilling process, cooling fluid is released to the discharging chambers from the cooling channel to create a pressure between the tool body and an inner wall of a hole of a workpiece to prevent the tool deflection and drilling vibration.
