  • Patent number: 5080624
Abstract: A flying disc toy has at least two circular spinners rotatably mounted upon a centered axle. Each spinner has a number of fins which cause the spinner to rotate when thrown into the air. The spinners rotate in counter direction, thereby causing the toy to lift when thrown with a twisting motion. The subject matter of this application is disclosed in Disclosure Document #254258, dated June 4, 1990.

  • Patent number: 4604845
Abstract: A spacing brace apparatus is provided for temporarily interconnecting a number of wooden structural members in a parallel array, thereby minimizing the amount of working time needed to accurately arrange the wooden members. The apparatus is comprised of a series of rigid spacer segments of equal length pivotably interengaged in a manner permitting nested stacking in a compact storage state, and rapid deployment to a linearly sequenced working state. The apparatus facilitates equal spacing of the wooden members, yet permits variable spacing of the last wooden member of the array.

  • Patent number: 4596101
Abstract: A continuous sequence of thin spacer/bracing segments is provided in the form of an accordian-folded nested stack. Each segment is comprised of a center panel, one side of which is provided with a downwardly angled side appendage panel, the other side of the center panel being free of any appendages. A tang portion at each extremity of the center panel has no side panel associated therewith. In use, the segments are drawn from the stack and utilized to position and brace wooden structural members in the production of an equidistantly spaced parallel array of said structural members. Because of the thin nature of the segments, they may be left in place when paneling material is placed upon the array of structural members.
