Certain actuators may also be employed to alter the words formed by the first, second, and third actuators, as wells as to shorten the number of strokes needed to form the words used by first, second, and third actuators.

Abstract: A method of forming words utilizing a character actuator unit in which the character actuators are segregated into certain categories. First and second categories are employed and activated simultaneously to generate the beginning and ending of a word. First and second actuating categories may be combined with third and fourth categories of actuators to further form and modify words in any languages.

Abstract: A method for writing text employing at least one hand of a user and manipulating a keyboard having a pair of keypads which are finger depressed and a press pad which is depressed by the palm region of the hand. The first and/or second keypads are pressed simultaneously with the press pad being depressed by the palm region of the hand to generate a signal representative of a recognizable language component. Combinations of keypad and press pad signals may be compiled into a spelling table for forming words in different languages.

Abstract: A word transcription keyboard utilizing at least one keypad which is available for access by a finger of the user. A second keypad accessible to the finger of the user is extended and terminated in a press pad for allowing contact of the palm region of the hand simultaneously with the pressing of the at least one finger accessible keypad.
