Abstract: A method for free-breathing abdominal magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) includes applying a pilot tone (PT) RF signal in an MRI system environment using a PT RF signal source, acquiring MRF data from a region of interest in subject using free-breathing MRF pulse sequence and acquiring PT navigator signals based on the applied PT RF signal. The PT navigator signals are associated with a plurality of respiratory states and are encoded with acquired MRF data. The method further includes generating images for each of the plurality of respiratory states based on MRF data and the PT navigator signals. For each respiratory state, the generated images for the respiratory state are compared to a respiratory state MRF dictionary associated with the respiratory state to determine tissue property of the MRF data associated with the respiratory state. A quantitative parameter map may be generated for the determined tissue properties for each respiratory state.

Abstract: A method and system for implementing dynamic spectrum access (DSA) in heterogeneous hierarchical mobile ad-hoc networks (MANET) as a cloud service, independent of the network connectivity where DSA decisions can be made at any time regardless of the reachability state, includes hierarchical decision making processes and rules implementable at the node level, gateway level, or arbitrator level. The method and system have different precedence levels for making DSA decisions based on connectivity status. The system propagates spectrum sensing information upward, and propagates rule sets, policies and configuration parameters downward in order to create autonomous DSA decisions.

Abstract: A container device includes a container having a chamber formed by an outer peripheral wall, and a flexible insert engaged into the container and having a compartment for receiving water and pets or users, and a piercing device may be used for selectively piercing the insert after use to allow the water to be discharged from the insert and the container. The piercing device includes a piercing member for piercing the insert and for engaging into a lower outlet mouth of the container and for allowing the water to be discharged from the insert after use, and for preventing the outlet mouth from being blocked by the hairs that are washed or removed from the pet cats and small dogs.

Abstract: A stepping exerciser includes a casing having one end rotatably attached to a base with a shaft, two foot pedals having front portions rotatably attached to the other end of the casing and rotatable up and down relative to the casing. A pin is engaged in the middle portion of the casing to force the casing to rotate and swing relative to the base. For example, a follower is rotatably supported on the base and the pin is extended from the follower and engaged in the middle portion of the casing to swing the casing when the follower is rotated relative to the base. The follower and the pin are adjustable relative to the casing.

A seat is secured between the frames for supporting a user and for elevating the user when the frames are swung relative to the supporting surface, against the weight of the users. A foot rest is resiliently coupled to the frames with one or more resilient members, for allowing users to move the foot rest away from the frames against the spring members, in order to exercise the lower muscle groups.
