Abstract: A dispenser apparatus for delivering water to a chemical or agricultural tank wherein a base plate is provided to removably attach the dispenser to the tank. An upstanding screw-threaded pedestal member extends from the base plate and carries a valved dispensing line that may be pivoted with regard to the horizontal as well as adjusted vertically. The screw-threaded pedestal member also allows the dispensing line to be revolved to any desired horizontally disposed dispensing position.
