Abstract: A method, system and program product comprise initializing at least a financial transaction between a first user and a second user, in which the first user and the second user have created accounts by communicating with a server system. The account of the first user is associated with at least a first user's client device, and the account of the second user is associated with at least a second user's client device. A contact between the first user's client device and the second user's client device is recognized. Geographical locations are obtained. The geographical locations are compared for, in part, determining a validity of the financial transaction. At least an amount for the financial transaction is communicated to the server system for transaction processing.
