    Abstract: A pressing clip for pressing a flexible member against a circuit board is provided which comprises a web portion, a presser portion extending from the web portion, the presser portion being elastically deformable for pressing engagement with the flexible member on a side thereof away from the circuit board, and an anchoring portion also extending from the web portion on a side of the circuit board away from the flexible member. The web portion is formed with an access opening through which the flexible member extends.
