    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method for forming a semiconductor structure. The method includes forming a stack of semiconductor layers comprising a plurality of first semiconductor layers and a plurality of second semiconductor layers over a semiconductor substrate. A first stack of masking layers is formed over the stack of semiconductor layers with a first width and a second stack of masking layers is formed laterally offset from the stack of semiconductor layers with a second width less than the first width. A patterning process is performed on the semiconductor substrate and the stack of semiconductor layers, thereby defining a first fin structure laterally adjacent to a second fin structure. The first fin structure has the first width and the second fin structure has the second width. The stack of semiconductor layers directly overlies the first fin structure and has the first width.

    Abstract: A connector assembly includes a male connector and a female connector. An inserting portion and first and second magnets protrude from an end surface of the male connector. The polarities of the first magnet and the second magnet are reversed. A receiving portion is formed at an end of the female connector to be electrically connected to the inserting portion. A first fixing member and a second fixing member at opposite sides of the receiving portion protrude from an end surface of the female connector. Two rods coiled with coils are formed inside the female connector and are electrically connected to the first and second fixing members. When the coils are electrified, the first and second fixing members turn to have reverse polarities. The polarities of the first magnet and the first fixing member are reverse. The polarities of the second fixing member and the second magnet are reverse.

    Abstract: A noise suppression system is applicable to a first phone, to reduce noise received by a microphone of the first phone. The microphone receives sound signals with different frequencies and converts the sound signals to electrical signals. The noise suppression system includes a selection circuit, an amplifying circuit, and a processing circuit. The selection circuit selects special electrical signals with frequency between 65 hertz to 1.1 kilohertz from the electrical signals. The amplifying circuit amplifies the selected electrical signals. The processing circuit stores a first preset value and a second preset value less than the first preset value. If the value of the amplified electrical signal is greater than or equal to the first preset value, or less than or equal to the second preset value, the processing circuit outputs the amplified electrical signal.
