The miniaturized optical device includes a light source, an optical film, a beam splitter, a liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) module, and an optical lens group. The light source provides an initial incident light along a first optical path. The optical film generates a first incident light with a first polarization direction. The beam splitter receives the first incident light from the polarization element, and generates a first reflected light along a first optical path. The LCOS module is configured to, upon receiving the first reflected light with a first polarization direction, generate a second incident light with a second polarization direction along the second optical path and passing through the beam splitter. The optical lens group is collimated to the LCOS module and configured to focus the second incident light to generate an outgoing light.

    Abstract: Methods and materials for improving the hardness of a metallic photoresist used in EUV photolithography are disclosed. A metallic cross-linker is used with the metallic photoresist. The cross-linker comprises a metal core and a plurality of ligands. The ligands may comprise at least one vinyl group or at least one acetylene group; or comprise an acrylate; or comprise a cinnamate; or be unable to participate in a crosslinking reaction. Upon radiation exposure, the ligands separate from the metal core, and the metal core can crosslink, or the ligands may crosslink. The resulting photoresist layer has increased hardness and higher EUV light sensitivity, which permits a reduced radiation dosage.

    Abstract: A high-strength steel with excellent neutral aqueous medium corrosion resistance, and a preparation method and application thereof are provided. A steel plate is designed with cheap chemical compositions of low carbon, low silicon and medium manganese, and is completely free of precious metal elements such as Cr, Ni and Cu, thereby greatly reducing the material cost. According to the present invention, instead of the traditional Al deoxidation technology, Si or Si—Mn deoxidation assisted by Zr—Ti composite deoxidation is used to form a fine, dispersed and uniform composite oxysulfide, which greatly decreases the density of corrosion-active inclusions, and obviously improves the neutral aqueous medium corrosion resistance. Through the design of low carbon equivalent, the steel plate has excellent welding performance; and the composite microalloying of Nb, Zr and Ti is adopted to cooperate with the TMCP rolling parameter control, so that the steel plate has high strength and good extensibility.

    Abstract: In a MR water-fat image separation method and device, within one echo period, a first echo set under a first readout gradient polarity and a second echo set under a second readout gradient polarity are acquired. The first and second readout gradient polarities may be opposite, and echoes in the first echo set may be positionally one-to-one symmetric to echoes in the second echo set with respect to the echo center of the echo period. A first echo image set is obtained based on first echo set data acquired in each echo period, and a second echo image set is obtained based on second echo set data acquired in each echo period. Using the first and second echo image sets, a Dixon water-fat separation calculation is performed to obtain a water image and a fat image. The method and device can advantageously increase acquisition efficiency and the signal-to-noise ratio.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for configuring antenna arrays for scalable radio frequency (RF) architecture are dis-closed. A subset of antenna arrays are grouped into K groups and a receive or transmit weight vector is applied to each of the antenna arrays in each of the K groups. A channel response is measured for each of the antenna in the K groups. The response is summed for each group and complex scaling factors are calculated based on the summed response. Based on the scaling factors the antenna weight vectors arc updated and the updated weight vectors arc applied to the antenna arrays. The steps of grouping the antennas and refining the weight vectors are performed till the antenna weight vectors reach a steady point, i.e. the current antenna weight does not improve the beamforming gain by a predetermined threshold in comparison to the previous antenna weight.
