  • Patent number: 11420925
Abstract: Disclosed are a reduction method and reduction product of an alkenyl active methylene compound. The reduction reaction comprises the following steps: taking an alkenyl active methylene compound as a substrate, a metal hydride as a reducing agent, and a palladium compound as a catalyst, performing a reduction reaction to obtain a reduction product, and then reducing the alkenyl active methylene compound. The reduction system is a simple method for reducing the alkenyl active methylene compound, and the used hydride and palladium compound catalyst are both reagents that could easily be obtained in a laboratory. Compared with conventional hydrogen hydrogenation methods and reduction methods of reducing agents, the method is easier to operate, higher in safety, mild in conditions, and high in reaction yield, a reaction in a one-pot two-step manner can be achieved, and high atom economy and step economy can be obtained.

  • Patent number: 10032454
Abstract: Techniques disclosed herein include systems and methods for open-domain voice-enabled searching that is speaker sensitive. Techniques include using speech information, speaker information, and information associated with a spoken query to enhance open voice search results. This includes integrating a textual index with a voice index to support the entire search cycle. Given a voice query, the system can execute two matching processes simultaneously. This can include a text matching process based on the output of speech recognition, as well as a voice matching process based on characteristics of a caller or user voicing a query. Characteristics of the caller can include output of voice feature extraction and metadata about the call. The system clusters callers according to these characteristics. The system can use specific voice and text clusters to modify speech recognition results, as well as modifying search results.

  • Patent number: 9088867
Abstract: A location based method of offering a recommendation of content to a user of a mobile station includes receiving information identifying a current location for the mobile station. Then, in a content usage database, records of other mobile stations that have recently been near that location are identified. For each identified record of another mobile station, content resident on an used by the other mobile station in the content usage database is identified. Then, for example, responsive to at least one inquiry received from the mobile station, a recommendation is transmitted through a wireless communications network to the mobile station of the user. The recommendation includes information about the identified content resident on and used by one or more of the other mobile stations.

  • Patent number: 8897807
Abstract: In a mobile communication network that does not support simultaneous data communication during an active voice call of a mobile station, location information of the mobile station is obtained from a positioning server on the mobile communication network using mobile messaging service type messages as a transport bearer between the mobile station and the mobile communication network. A mobile messaging service message from the mobile station includes information regarding one or more nearby WiFi access points and/or cellular base stations detected by the mobile station. The location of the mobile station is determined by the positioning server, and the results are sent to the mobile station via a responsive mobile messaging service message including the determined location, during the active voice call, for use by an application program running on the mobile station.
