Abstract: An exercise pant includes a pant member having a carrying portion formed and located between a middle chamber and two tubular members, and a cushioning device is attached to the carrying portion of the pant member and includes two cushioning elements attached to the rear portion of a planar member for softly engaging with the buttock portion of the user, and includes a slot formed between the cushioning elements for air circulation purposes, and includes a cushioning article disposed on the front portion of the planar member and having a recess formed in the cushioning article for receiving or supporting and protecting the genitals of the user.
